Very accommodating for my 2year old. Gsv him a shoe to watch and assisted in distracting him to get a good cut.
I would recommend staff be more assisting even if it is busy. As the night before it took us waiting 15min before we were told it would be an hr or 2waitv

What do you like about our products and services?

You use great products when you wash and for MVPs. MVPs could be a little longer and a little less formulaic. You are doing a great job training the newer staff however at least for me, whenever I try somebody new the haircut is only 'OK' and not great. Your three best stylists hands down are Chelsea, Sam and Ashley. Thanks for asking for feedback. Name removed

Being able to watch TV while getting a haircut is pretty cool. I also really like the staff. They all have different styles and are very friendly and accommodating.

The whole experience. A place to sit comfortably while waiting, large TV screen to watch while waiting, staff are polite, friendly and competent, even a smaller TV by the chairs in case I want to continue viewing.

It's a nice, clean environment with the option of an MVP you can have the ultimate experience. The only disappointment I had was the price of the season pass. I always thought it was the cost of 3 regular cuts which would be $63 but when I purchased one last weekend I was charged $70 something.

allysa gave my 6.5yr old son a haircut, and she was simply amazing. Great with my son, extremely patient and made my son comfortable and gained his trust to complete his haircut.
