The staff is super friendly n accommodating every time.

Shay always cuts my hair at North London store n she’s always recommending new things. She’s always happy and smiling, very pleasant to talk to on personal basis n has always made me feel welcomed as well as keeping an eye on other customers In the store on professional basis. I always recommend her to everyone for hair cuts.

Today I called her last minute and she stayed an hour extra to accommodate my schedule which was awesome. I hope she gets noticed and credited for her hard work and amazing work.

I had great service from Mieke during my current visit. I had the mvp service and was very pleased by all parts of it. She took her time and made sure I was happy with all aspects of my visit. Awesome customer service. Would definitely come back again and ask for her again.

Lots of deals, but I've liked every haircut they've given me. For the first time, I took my soon-to-be stepson to get one at the same time as I was getting my most recent cut. We got the MVP treatment and although being a teenager he thought the hot towel felt weird, he liked it. :)
