Lucy. Best hair dresser ever!!!
A SUGGESTION: Allow sign-in any time after 10:00am even though the stylist won't be starting their shift until after 4:00pm. EG: - Presently sign-in can't be done until 15 minutes before your stylist starts their shift. I live 1/2 hour away and am on the road and can't sign in until I arrive at your north London salon & Lucy usually starts her shift there @ 4:00pm. By the time I arrive I usually have to wait an hour or more for her as people can beat me signing in. A bit frustrating to say the least.
