Friendly, fast, different

I loved it all. Massage was the bomb.

Friendly people, even when I mentioned sports weren't really my thing (a selling point of the place). You provide an unique service with the MVP treatment which feels amazing. However the location is a bit remote to get to by bus, though you have no real control over that. I would definitely go back.

The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. Makes me feel so much more comfortable than being in a standard barber shop or hairdressers. Plus the staff is great with explaining the products used and offered at the business. Excellent place I would most definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere

All staff members were friendly and greeted us upon arrival. We were also offered a beverage while waiting, which is not typical. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, especially with magazines and television to watch.

I will be bringing my son back for his next hair cut.

I really liked the full work-up: haircut, shampooing, massage, the warm moist towel for your face. The atmosphere and lighting are relaxing and pretty different from most other places I've been before, and the sports theme with tvs make it like a sports bar...for you hair. IDEA: you should use menus for people to look at when they sit down in the chair before their haircut.

Took my 12 yr old son there today for the first time. Denyse was very good and listened to what my son wanted. He was thrilled about his new look and wants to go there from now on.
I loved watching Sports Centre while waiting for him, passed the time. I also like the first come first served idea versus an appointment.
