LOVED the cookies.

I place a large order every year (this year, 8 dozen!) and everything os flawless.

BUT... this year you left the sticks in 6 of the 8 dozen, when I really, really specifically asked for "no sticks" please.

(Most of these are given to small children and parents have requested "no sticks" as some of the kids use them as swords.

Anyway, all is well and the cookies are THE BEST... next year I will order again, and again request "no sticks."

I ordered the cookies for a fast turn-around and they did not disappoint. Ordering was easy and cookies were ready when I arrived for pick up.

I live in the Pittsburgh area and when my children were younger, they loved the Cookies by Design teddy bear cookies - it was a special treat! Sadly, the store in the Pittsburgh area closed and as my children were now older, I didn't really hunt for another store.

A while back, my sister reminded me how much she and her husband liked the cookies, so I went online and decided to start to order some for her retirement and also for family birthdays.

Recently, I ordered the tray of Christmas 'favor' cookies (12) and they were delicious and absolutely adorable - a Christmas tree, snowman, candy cane, star, etc. They arrived quickly and were packed so well, not a single one was broken! The favor cookies are a little smaller than their regular cookies, but truly so cute and so very tasty.

Several times I called the store in Ohio and the woman who took my calls was so very kind, polite and helpful. I'm so glad that we started to order the Cookies by Design again - they really are a good cookie and bring smiles to everyone who tries them!
