They told us about running out of a certain dough and gave us the option to cancel the order or go with another type. They delivered on time and early enough in the day that everyone in the office got to try some.

Cookies by Design in STL was able to take our bulk client gift orders last minute and still deliver them on time before the holidays even with conflicting information I received from their corporate customer service agents. I called directly to the STL shop at 5 PM on a Thursday and the lady on the phone was still so nice and helpful. Clients love the cookies and have been asking where to get them! I appreciate Cookies by Design so much for helping us get this done and will use them again in the future.

Great cookie bouquets! They were decorated so beautifully and look just like the pictures on the website. I took several of the big bouquets to my customers for the holidays and everyone commented on how great they looked and tasted. I will definitely come back for other occasions!
