I was very pleased with the experience. The cookies were super easy to order, even with customization. They were shipped and delivered very quickly and arrived in great condition. The recipients were thrilled and said the cookies were delicious. I would absolutely order again.
Design was great, delivery was on time, but cookies are just ok. They’re the typical iced sugar cookie. What I did like was that they’re just sweet enough and go well with a cup of coffee.

The cookies look fantastic and were the perfect gift for my client visit. The ladies at the Englewood store at pick up were super helpful and even gave me a sample cookie to taste. I will certainly be buying more of these, for myself as well.
Your website is very nice and user friendly. The selection was creative and look delicious - adding our logo was a great option!
One suggestion would be: Make the Notes section larger and customer would not need to fill out the long form, instead simply complete on your lovely website.

called the Brookfield Location and spoke with Tina, placed an order , no problems with pick up time, the box was beautiful. Decent price for custom cookies and I don't get custom stuff for all our occasions but this was a great way to get what I needed done for an event done in a quick manner. - Connor G

We love Cookies by Design and the Easter cookies for my college daughter were great - she loved them. But the jelly beans I included with the order did not come in the package. I contacted the company and have not gotten a response so I hope this will get to the right person.
