Very nice people. Worked with me on deciding what cookies to put in my basket. Very efficient delivery. I was contacted by the delivery person informing me that the basket was delivered and who it was given to. Highly recommend the Ft. Lauderdale cookies by design.
The ordering process via the website was easy. Wish there were more options for container choices, and for adding additional cookies to an order. The price was fairly reasonable after pairing with the discount coupon I received. The recipient LOVED the package, though I haven't heard how good they tasted yet. Only complaint was that after I placed an order, I sent email to the location with questions, suggestions... and never received a reply. It all worked out ok but I would have liked to at least had a response. I will order again, though this location was out of town from where I live, so it's probably a one time deal for an Olathe order.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery and when the cookie bouquet was received through no fault of cookies by design it was in very bad shape however Tasha at cookies by design in Rockford went above and beyond to make it right. The cookies are delicious and I would absolutely use them again.

The cookie bouquet was delivered to my daughter’s door. She wasn’t there at the time so the delivery person texted her and then notified me as well. The cookies bouquet was so cute. My daughter said the cookies were big and were very good.
