Cookies by Design is an excellent company! The reason for the 9 and not the 10 is for two reasons; 1st being that the website didn't explain the differences in the cookies to add to the basket. I may have missed it, but I looked everywhere to find a description and couldn't. 2nd being that I would have loved an email or text saying that my cookie order had been delivered. I'm still wondering...
I ordered a gift for my college student. I wanted to delivered to the dorm & not the mail room (never to be seen again!!). I was not sure if that could happen. But Cookies by design did just what I asked. When the dorm said they could not accept deliveries the delivery person called me & my student & kept trying until they contacted one (both) of us. I will DEFINATELY order again!! Thanks for making a birthday away from home not so bad :)

Ever since the new owners took over this location (about 2.5-3 years ago, I believe) their cookie bouquets have been SPOT ON!! The most recent one we ordered was so cute with a Halloween theme, all of our kids and nephews loved it!! And the cookies tasted amazing, just be sure to try the spiced ones, they are our favorite! They freeze really good too in case you can't eat all of them in a few days.
the bouquet was nice and the cookies tasted good. When the customer service person put the bouquet in a box it smashed one of the cookies

I accidently gave the wrong address but I had received an email confirmation with the local cookie by design so I called them and they were very helpful. They were able to change the address and still deliver on time. I appreciated their communication, professionalism and helpfulness.
