Not only did he deliver the cookies in person, but he also brought what I originally requested; cookies with the words Happy Bosses Day on them. You have earned a repeat customer!

The cookies taste great! We hit a little snag in another state but the resolve was quick and satisfactory. Ease of ordering, as long as they get the orders right.

The owner was so gracious and kind. She went out of her way to accommodate out of state guests and to make right a simple error. I carried my bouquet to a party as a hostess gift and told everyone there about the exceptional customer service we had received.

I suspect folks from that event will visiting that store soon.
