I have been with Cookies by Design, ever since they had a store in Kennewick Wa. The owner CArolyn Bettinson's kids went to the same school with my sisters and became very good friends. She was also friends with my mom, so I 've treasured that store dearly. Now that the store is gone I have to resort to ordering my cookies from the store in Utah, which I just did for Halloween cookies , and I just tell when the date I want them in fact they just arrived, looks great. Do you buy chance have another store,? Can I order from them ? I'm thinking on ordering Thanksgiving cookies, to show my appreciation . to everyone in my therapy for when I had surgery on my back, and they are still helping me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! They called to make sure the cookie bouquet was received and we were happy with it!

The owner had a question about my order and he called to make sure everything was correct. The recipient wasn’t home when the cookies were delivered and he took pictures of the delivery and the house so I would know they were at the correct place. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my 7 year old grandson. And it was!! I have never had such great service from a Cookies by Design franchise…….they were fantastic!! I highly recommend them!! And of course…..the cookies were delicious!

They are very tasty. I plan to share some of my cookies with my 17yrs daughter but I am down to five out of 20. So, I will have to buy some more and have them ship to her house.
I usually eat 2 at a time but sometimes it's 3 because 2is just not enough.
