We've eaten there a couple of times a month for years, and recently when we had special company from out of town, they went all out to do everything just right from giving us the exact table we wanted to especially good service as well as desserts all around because one of us mentioned an anniversary.

Chris is a first class member of your team whose knowledge of both the menu, the overall cuisine and your wine selections couldn't be better. He's a professional in every sense and an example of what someone who knows the business should aspire to.
LaTavola is my favorite Atlanta restaurant for many reasons - the food is delicious, regardless of what you order (and I can't seem to get out of my Mushroom Ragu phase, even though there are easily another half dozen dishes on the menu that I love), every server that has ever helped me is so friendly, knowledgeable and knows exactly how to make you feel at home without smothering you at the table, the wine list is great, and the bar, although small, is my favorite place to eat (a special thank you to Chris and Carrie for the best bar service/customer experience you could ask for). La Tavola is my go-to spot. Always!
outstanding and interesting food, informative servers, and a presentation that stars ingredients without being overly "precious" in describing every ingredient at great, tedious length. The highly trained servers are definitely a plus.

The quality of the food is excellent, and the cocktail list is exceptionally well-crafted (which is refreshing to see at an Italian restaurant). There's also a fantastic vegetarian pasta option, which is critical when bringing a group.

From the moment you arrive there's a welcoming feeling and very attentive service. The food, from the bread, through the perfectly cooked pasta, to the very end, was top notch. I can't return soon enough!
