What do you like about our restaurant?

We arrived precisely at 6:00 pm; we were greeted warmly and then taken to our table very promptly. Our waitress was exceptional. (Wish I got her name-she is Italian-used her hands very well to describe food choices.) Food was excellent and experience was exceptional.

We love y'all!! One thing I will say is that we thought the old recipes on the squid ink linguini and saltambucca were a little tastier. Both were a little over seasoned to us, and the fish was slightly overcooked. Still our favorite restaurant either way. It was Halloween, so it may have been a weird night for cooking.

Quality and unusualness of the food. Not standard "Italian" fare. Fresh ingredients, seasonally responsive menus, great service.

What do you like about our restaurant?

My only problem with LaTavola is that it is not close enough to us. It is our neighbohood Italian tratoria. We travel to italy every year and for that Italian fix in Atlanta it is you. Io piachi LaTavala molto, Grazie, Tom Williams (Tommaso Guiliano in Firenzie)
