The team knows my dog by name and they always greet him enthusiastically. I get updates on how he did during the day, who his friends were etc. and I can watch the dogs play on the webcam while I'm at work. The facilities are clean and safe. I know that my dog is in excellent hands while I'm gone and he has a ton of fun.
That you monitor the dogs at all times

I really appreciate the quality of care you give to Gus. I also appreciate your flexibility. Recently my husband had a heart attack and you took Gus in for boarding with no notice whatsoever. I was able to focus on my husband's recovery and I did not worry about Gus since he was in good hands. In addition, I did not know how long my husband's hospital stay would be, and you were flexible on the number of nights he could stay!

Option to view webcams while my dog is at day camp.
The only thing we don't like is the Saturday drop off time. It makes it impossible to get out of town early unless we pay for an additional night (Friday). It would be really nice if Saturday drop off started at the same time as the weekdays.
Otherwise, we love everything about Dogtopia, especially the fact that Kanon is so eager to go there. That gives us a lot of confidence that he is being very well cared for.
Always very friendly and our dog is always treated like he's one of theirs!

Friendliness, clean, hours are very accommodating, staff is very knowledgeable about each dog's personality, always sponsoring or participating in wonderful events that give back to the local canine community shelters & rescues, webcam is a treat, the list could go on and on.
Most of all I love the Dogtopia staff and their dedication to all of their furry friends and thier willingness to go the extra mile for their canine clients. The bottom line is that my dogs come hope happy and relaxed. During the winter months when they are so stir crazy, Dogtopia offers a safe outlet for the dogs to burn their excess energy. I love the valet service! I sometimes am feeling sad when I drop Shadow off because he shakes the whole drive there. It makes it easier for me. And I love being able to check in on him with web cam.
Friendliness of staff. They know our dogs well and genuinely care. Our oldest dog passed away in December and every person on staff that I interacted with told me they were sorry for our loss and we were very touched to receive a card that a tree had been planted for our dog due to a donation from Dogtopia. Our dogs love going there and the friends they have met have helped them learn to be friendly in ither environments like the dog park and farmers market. We live Dogtopia.
