Our puppy loves coming there and we love that we can see him play for a good portion of the day. We wish they wouldn't turn the cameras off and wish they had more cameras.

Very personal service-all staff members care about our dog, remember him when we come in, and are suoer friendly to us as well as our dog. We like the idea of being able to watch our dog's activities cia webcam. Staff keeps dog areas very ckean. Our dog loves going to Dogtopia!

Spencer loves Natalie! He is always excited to see her when we drop him off and she is equally as excited to see him. She does a great job with him and he always looks fantastic! All of the staff if cheerful and very helpful!!!

The floors are not slippery ... my Berner cannot play on concrete or other slippery materials. Hurts the hips.
The staff caters to my Berner's dislike of metal by putting him in a plastic-bottomed kennel when boarding.
The staff treats my Berner as one of their own. The fact that he goes crazy in the vehicle when we drive in is all I need to know. If he's happy, this mama is happy!
