Our dogs love it. The staff is friendly.

This was the first time our Cooper was away from us for the night. It was so reassuring to be able to check on him via the webcam. He came home freshly bathed and worn out.

The staff is very friendly and they always call my dog by name when we walk in the door. They keep an eye on the dogs, make sure they are behaving, give them timeouts when needed and provide feedback on your dog's behavior. My dog loves going to Dogtopia, and I like the fact that he is getting some social interaction and exercise.

It is clean and the staff are courteous and professional. I would like the webcams to work more often with a clear picture the past two times there we have had problems with viewing due to camera issues.

Pup is happy so everything

I love that I can see first-hand how active my dog is while he's there - it's great being able to see that he's not locked up in a kennel for most of the day.

We like the personalized service our dog receives. He is always welcomed when we show up and all of the employees truly make me feel like they're glad he's there. I can watch him on the webcams while I'm at work and enjoy doing that. The facility is always clean and tidy, which is pretty hard to do with a bunch of dogs there. He always comes home tired which means he had a good day of play. I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone who wants their dog to have some quality attention during the day.

I like that my dog can be in a play room and not confined to a kennel all day.

The folks who pick up our dogs in the lobby all seem to love them! THANKS for that...our dogs ADORE coming there...which tells us a lot!
The appts. are always easy to make; the gals on the phone are always so helpful! WE like being able to buy passes on a special w/ two dogs to bring in....we are delighted you also give a military discount...we only recently knew that...have been here 3 years!

I love how friendly the staff are. I also love that I can check the webcams and see my dog having a blast. I love that my dog comes home in the evenings and is happy, relaxed and obviously well taken care of. Most importantly... I love that he is excited to go to Dogtopia.

The friendliness of the staff. They always greet Louie by name and he is excited to see them! We know that he is safe and well-cared for when we can't be with him. Also, the socialization aspect cannot be overstated.

The staff is very friendly, caring and take a personal interest in my dog. My dog is shy and not very social but loves to go to Dogtopia. She is at ease there. I know she happy while we are gone and I am happy that she can get a bath and nail trim.

I like that I have complete trust when I leave my dog. And that he is so excited to come every time we pull up to the building and walk in. Our dog is very finicky and he absolutely loves all of you!

Staff is friendly, seems to really love the dogs, very clean. I use the grooming services and groomer is great!! My dog always comes out happy and sharp looking.

I can tell by the way my dog behaves that he loves going there, and is treated well while there. Peace of mind.

Everyone is always very friendly and greet my dogs as soon as we walk in the door. My dogs seem to love everyone and that makes me feel comfortable about leaving them there too. I like the concept about having a nap time so then the dogs can rest and eat if they want to.

Services are fantastic and the staff is the best in town!
