My dog seems to like it which is all that matters.

Yesterday was my first time in the Highlands Ranch facility......WOW....what a pleasant experience! My Black Lab, Tug, was greeted with open arms/paws while I took a tour and did the necessary paperwork i.e. vaccines, health records, behavior patterns, etc.. The facility was clean and animals were well attended to and happy. After Tug's mandatory "meet and greet" I decided to leave him for a few hours as a preview of future visits. When I returned Tug was happy and tired after making all kinds of new four-legged friends.....it was a win-win for both Tug and I! Thank you to the staff for an outstanding 1st impression....we'll be back!
