The staff is so friendly and good to my dog. My dog Mika has been coming to DOGTOPIA since she was a pup. She is 5 years old now. she loves it there.
My dogs and I, Love the staff, at Dogtopia, we have been coming, for almost 10 years. My dogs are more than excited, when we get close to the building, If I would change it would be the payment system, I used to buy a pass, each time, and it worked for both half days, and full days. However the way things work with the new, system I half to know, in advance, if it will be a half day, or a full day, with my job I never know, so no saving money with a pass. I guess that's the point, better for the business.
Great complex and super friendly staff. But $15 for a meet and greet...? That seems unnecessary.

The flexibility in getting dogs in and out. The fact that the dogs can come in at any time, no schedule like Petsmart. You don't get mad at us if we are late dropping off our furry family members. The staff! They know my dogs as soon as we walk through the door. I appreciate the immediate response via online or telephone.

I like it that you are close to where we live and that your staff seems to really enjoy the dogs that come there. At least, you have always seemed to enjoy our Pepper. All of the staff are friendly and attentive to the pets, and responsive to us.
I like most of what dog topia does and how kind they are to my dog. I did not like that Friday, 11/3 the dogs could not play outside. There should have been a fee reduction as your services were limited. The room was smaller than normal and it was not a great place for him. I hope that Monday things are back to normal.
Friendly to Ruby and watch out for her. She practically breaks her leash getting out of the car to get into Dogtopia
I love the personal attention they give to my dog. I can watch her on the webcams also.
It’s great to know that while you’re away enjoying some much needed vacation that your furry family members are being taken care of with the same love and care they would receive at home. The people at Dogtopia really cared about our dogs and they were fantastic. Dogtopia is my only choice when it comes to boarding my dogs. They receive personalized attention and plenty of play time. It really is a home away from home when you need someone to care for your dogs.

We LOVE, DOGTOPIA!!!!! Even more important, our Fur Babies, LOVE 💕, DOGTOPIA and the Staff. They all take care of Cynder and Lloyd, just like they are their own. We all know how much that Means to us when we have to leave our special pets. They have taken both dogs to the vet when it was needed, no hesitation. We love knowing our babies have the best care in town!!!!!
