Dogtopia on Waugh Dr. has an excellent staff. I can trust them to take wonderful care of my dog in the future because they have done so for years. I do recommend it, but do not know of anyone who has taken their dog there on my account. Anyone asking about where to take their dog when they go away, will be told about Dogtopia on Waugh by me.
Everyone was kind and very dog friendly. The staff listened carefully to my concerns about my dog being anxious when left in a unfamiliar place. they informed me about the details of their grooming package and accommodated my concerns about certain grooming techniques that freak my dog out (like being blow dryed and nails being filed). They did a great job! And, even worked it so there was minimal stress including no wait time so we were in and out quickly.
I give them a "A" and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Susan is always super friendly! And all the groomers have always done a nice job with the cuts.
Great staff, clean, roomy facilities, and most importantly your willingness to accommodate my not-so-insignicantly large Wolfhoud. Most other groomers have automatically turned me down as a client, but y’all were willing to give it a go, and both he and I have been very happy with the results!
