The caring staff and how happy my pup was at the day care
Dogtopia has professional employees that care about your beloved dog. Susan is professional and understands dogs. She has helped me understand some of the things my dog does and why he does them. My grand puppy has been going to Dogtopia for over 9 years, so I naturally enrolled my 4 month old puppy in Dogtopia this week.
I almost forgot one of my favorite things - I like that I can always check the cameras to see my grand puppy and now my puppy during the day. I also like that they are open until 7 pm. There isn't anything that I don't like about Dogtopia.

They are so wonderful with my dogs. I highly recommend them for daycare, boarding and grooming.

Dogtopia is definitely our Schnauzer’s “home away from home”. He is so excited when we get there for drop-off. My husband and I think of Dogtopia as a Doggy Club Med! Our last vacation was 13 days and we felt very comfortable leaving him there for so long. Most importantly, he was safe and the Staff promptly answered our emails when we sent questions.
It’s really nice to watch him on the WebCam.
I like that you’re not too far from home and the hours are great. I like that my dog is able to have lunch and/or snacks throughout the day and I like the live cam so that I’m able to check on him throughout the day.

Everything!! Your staff has always been personable to our family, and loving and concerned about our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. The dogs are excited to come for their baths, and have been well cared for when we boarded them! We requested they be placed in side-by-side kennels for their overnight stays...no problem! My grandchildren especially loved watching them on the Webcam during the dogs playtime! That was a huge plus!
Susan has always contacted me if there was a concern w/one of the dogs and what her plan was for addressing the issue...following up w/me the next day to relate the issue had improved!

The love you show my George is evident from the moment he walks in the door and I know he loves coming to Dogtopia because he gets so excited the moment I put him in the car - it’s like he knows where he is going and can’t wait to get there!
I like the ability to bring my dog to spend the day spontaneously, without an appointment. I appreciate how well she is greeted by the personnel. My only wish would be we "parents" had a way to observe our dogs through a one-way window or a video camera during the time our pets are visiting.
