Their new work out machines. EGYM
The Y in New Haven is the perfect size for me. It has all of the equipment I need, enjoy the E gym equipment. Use it every day I'm there. The social experience is great also, I've been going there for years.
The machines are available whenever I go in. The space is clean.
I have made friends with others I’ve met there.

Smaller, quieter & connected to the NH community center where I do activities. So it’s convenient to exercise after them!
The class and instructors. Maybe add and Arc exercise machine or two and a drumming class.

Love the E Gym and playing Pickleball and staff is always helpful and friendly. Only wish there was a pool😊

It is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The staff is cheerful and helpful. It would be great if they could stay open later than 4 PM on Saturdays.

Friendly staff, and nice place to play pickleball.
They offer many classes for all ages including seniors. They have things to do as a family as well as singles. They also have a splash area to play. The gym is super neat as they have egym as well as classes for exercise at any age.

The best YMCA I have experienced! Friendly and kind staff. The Child Watch is what really matters to me, and they are absolutely amazing. They actually play with the kids and interact with them, unlike other Child Watch programs where they mainly just guard the kids and yell at them.
Please keep doing what you are doing here because it truly matters and is working! Thank you for creating such a positive environment for our kids.
A variety of workout machines, new installation of EGYM, some good exercise classes, and plans to expand class options. Friendly, helpful staff.
I really enjoy the welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the 3Rivers FCU Family YMCA. The staff are always helpful, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are a variety of equipment that make it easy to stay active - eGym is great! It feels like a true community, and I always have a positive experience when I visit.
The exercise classes with Jane and Martha have been a big help to me and really great! I appreciate being able to take advantage of my Silver Sneakers.
It wasn't crowded at all. It was very clean. The guy at the door was very nice. The equipment that is there is comparable to the larger Y but just smaller amounts.
I appreciated learning to use the egym system.
