The classes for exercise are the best! The people are so friendly and welcoming. They have exercise equipment you can use everyday!
They have luncheons once a month carry in with the y furnishing the main dish.
The y has an information table right inside the front door to let you know of upcoming events.

It’s small and yet I can still get on the equipment I need to use. Friendly staff and very clean.

The Y is well equipped. Orderly, neat and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many programs are offered as well.
