We always like the camps offered at J Farmer, and will continue in the future. Hopefully they more camps for teens. However, my child did suffer from heat exhaustion on the last day of the multi-sport camp - he threw up for the first time in his life. The kids were asked to change into a black, cotton t-shirt when it was 100 degrees outside. My child was originally wearing a light, sport shirt.

I love the Joe Farmer Rec center! It has everything I need from 5v5 full court adult basketball to pickleball and yoga - it's perfect for me. The competition level is quite high and has helped me improve. The facilities are clean and the staff are really friendly and very helpful. 10/10 I would recommend this rec center to everyone!

My daughter participated in a camp. It was very organized and well put together. The instructors were friendly, instilled confidence in me that it was going to be a good experience and that my daughter would be kept safe. My daughter had a great time and made some great art!
I’ve been going here since I was was a little kid up until now adulthood. I still stay with JRC as my rec of choice. Due to the family-oriented energy, clean facility, & consistent maintenance of the courts for play. They do showcase a lot of local events which is good for the city. Price is very good. Don’t plan to leave anytime soon.
The Joe Farmer Recreation Center is a nice community place. When I have gone, I have always had a positive experience.
