North Pole was an excellent event! My family loved the arts & crafts, the bounce house and Santa! The vendor layout was great and I even came home with a few gifts.

Every year's breakfast with Santa becomes our family's new tradition. We enjoyed the fun activities and shop with different vendors. Taking pictures with Santa is the caviar of the trip for my daughter. Thank you for the fun events, Allen!

I particularly like Penny who is so welcoming and friendly. When I renewed my membership she was accommodating and seemed happy to do the work. I have never come into Joe Farmer and not been greeted with a friendly smile. She is a credit to the organization.

The racquetball courts are great and cost of the rec center is very reasonable.

Great customer service. Great environment and enjoyed my workout

My 2 yr old and my mom love going to Joe Farmer. We usually do as many laps as possible, hop on the stationary bike and we also love the air hockey table. It's not super congested like many gyms around Allen, we also love to be able to walk around Bethany Lakes and go play at the playground. Lovely place for family time.

Overall I'm very pleased with the staff and facility. The staff are usually pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. The facility is kept clean without being obsessive. Locker rooms likewise are clean. Oversall, nice without too much glitz or clutter.

I do wish the video system feeding the cardio machines was correctly updated after storms or 'Emergency Alerts' come through and knock it off-line. Usually the Spectrum News is on multiple channels, instead of showing FOX News and CNN and other stations as shown in the titles.
