Servicing of my two bikes was excellent. Chris explained how they could approach the repair of one bike in order to simplify the repair and save me money. The ultimate repair was fast and at a price that was more than reasonable. For the second bike, Chris was willing to ask the manufacturer to cover the work since the bike was relatively new, and they did. So from a customer service perspective, I have to give them a 10 out of 10.
