My twice weekly sessions with Evone at Little Venice studio keep me mobile and fully functioning in an upright position!
I like the ambience there and the variety of classes. Plus lovely trainers!
Excellent knowledge and understanding, as well as very good explanation and guidance, really knowing how to push progression while managing existing injuries. Could not have asked for more
Customer service the teachers its my sanctuary
Quality of the class, friendliness of the staff, locality. Clean and well equipped.
A great experience. Kelly was professional and very attentive with my shoulder injury. She made me feel at ease, will def be back!
I’ve been coming to TEN Pilates Chiswick for a while now and honestly can’t recommend it enough. The studio has such a welcoming, positive vibe — it’s clean, modern, and really well-equipped. The instructors are amazing — they’re knowledgeable, motivating, and always take the time to correct your form and tailor the exercises to your level.
What I love most is how consistent the results are — it’s challenging but in the best way, and I’ve noticed huge improvements in my strength, posture, and overall fitness. Classes are small enough that you get personal attention, and the atmosphere is friendly and non-intimidating.
It’s definitely one of the best investments I’ve made in my health. If you’re in Chiswick and thinking about joining a Pilates studio, TEN is absolutely worth it.
good
The massage from Timea is always excellent. She is so knowledgeable.
I love the studio, there’s lots of room and light. The trainers are also consistently high quality. My health and fitness has improved massively over the past 2yrs while training there.
The professional attitude and creativity of Evone and Antonio. The admin staff are also friendly and efficient.
Lovely class and great teacher
I veered between Notting Hill Gate (for Adam) and Notting Hill (for Sydney). They both provided different but mutually supportive aspects of the Pilates experience which, without Adam, is now less balanced. Now he has left, I'm trying to find who can provide the Ying to Sydney's terrific Yang. You have some good trainers but one or two whose English is difficult to understand. I'm working my way through the list.
Great classes. Gives you a good combination of strength and flexibility,
Ant is the best physio - really looks at the problem holistically and has kept me mobile even during challenging times
Quality of the instruction
Friendly staff . Very good instructors and nice space and super clean !
How good, prepared and supportive the personal trainers are. The ability to continue with remote sessions, otherwise training (at least, with you) would not be compatible with my work commitments.
I enjoy the space in which we work out in, the professionalism of the instructor and the relaxed atmosphere amongst the class.
The one to one focussed feedback.
I have great confidence in Tom's abilty to diagnose and fix muscle problems, aches and pains.
He's very positive and very encouraging. And he takes care to keep pushing me to achieve a little more each time.
So I feel our sessions never get into a rut, even after over a year of working together.
Andy Ireland is simply the global #1 Physio! Unbelievably good advice & treatment - highly recommend!
Best reformer pilates studio in West London.
Great staff, super helpful and nothing is too much trouble!
Good class, great teacher who devoted time to understanding each person’s needs and fitness levels.
I’m enjoying my duo classical equipment pilates classes. I love the cues and having to think more deeply about my body position/what’s engaged and what’s not
I enjoy coming to the Notting Hill branch. Staff are lovely, others attendees are lovely. I feel great after a class, and enjoy working with different trainers who have different styles
The facilities, quality of service and work friendly opening hours.
I've been a loyal client of Ten Hatton Garden for a while now; I'm very happy and see myself staying a client here for a long time. The main thing that keeps me a client at this specific studio is Shane's classes. My loyalty to his classes is to the point where when he'd been temporarily reallocated to other studios recently, I tried to go to those classes instead even though it was not geographically convenient. (Please keep the regular trainers at Hatton Garden in the future! It is annoying to change my schedule!) Shane is an absolute asset to the Ten company and I hope he is valued as highly by his colleagues as he is by all those who attend his classes. His energy during the class is very motivating, his explanations of how and why we are being taught to move in certain ways is insightful, and I particularly like the way he programs a very strong style of dynamic reformer pilates, where each week we are changing the moves slightly to progress them a little bit more. Recently I've had a great experience working with Caitlin as a physio. The full body MOT was amazing and I've already been recommending it to friends and family as something everyone active should be doing. I really appreciate Caitlin's attention to detail and sensible recommendations that fit in with my personal goals and activity levels. The service did feel very tailored to me, not general advice that could be given to anyone. The only thing I wish is that Ten accepted my Vitality insurance, because I'm such an advocate of the Circle of Care approach but now I'm going to have to go external to Ten for some follow ups because I can't afford the out of pocket. And finally, as always, a shoutout to the front of house team of Nisha and Ella who are always helpful any time I have a question. Do you know what would be nice in the studio though- plants. There's a perfect space above the cubby holes just begging to be filled with greenery.
A really thorough workout of the whole body under a professional eye

Well trained and passionate instructors. Viola is amazing and a huge fan of Weronika … but you have great people
