What a wonderful experience
From the moment we pulled up to the west lot
Everything was 1st class
The amenities . The seats are spaced perfectly. Large Isles. Clean restrooms, no waiting. Beautiful stadium.
We enjoyed the new ball park. We had a great night at the game on the 4th. The fireworks were the most surprising. Something that appeared to be cheesy and like mini fireworks was magnificent and the illusion was wonderful.
The 4th of July game was a complete success!!!
Even with a short rain delay.
If there is one thing I would like to see change is when you have in between innings give aways, go to other areas to toss out items and more than 3 or 4.
As a season ticket holder it’s difficult to see the ONLY fans that stand a chance to get a free gift are those right in front of the dugout that your agents stand on.
The entire experience was great. Me and my grandson loved it!
Parking was easy and the new stadium is really nice. The fireworks show was great.

The 502s concert was wonderful! The stage and lighting were great and the seating was perfect. There was and area where people could stand if they chose and the rest of the area the audience had to remain in low profile chairs or on the ground. These rules were enforced by very friendly security staff. There was an abundance of parking which was located right at the venue. An all around great experience!
It is a really great venue. It is small and fun place for a concert with chairs and/or blankets. The website said only stadium chairs but people did have taller chairs and we heard the staff say the low back chairs were allowed. And also water bottles. I would suggest that the website be updated with these things so that people k ow what they are allowed to bring into the awesome and amazing venue.
The water bottle refill stations were AMAZING on a hot night with a lot of dancing!
I enjoyed seeing the new facility. The concert staff were great! I enjoyed that there was seats available. I was happy that I was able to get a beer 🍺 a pleasant experience 😊
Ballpark has great seats. The stadium is beautiful, clean, and new.
The seats were easy to find and the atmosphere was electric.

We loved the new stadium. Nice seats to sit in, a variety of food, and a clean environment were our favorite things. We loved the music and fun games to keep us entertained. We also loved getting tickets for $10 with the 4pack deal. It made it affordable for our family and we plan on coming back once a month.
Our first seats were at first base. It turned out to be VERY windy. After discussing it with friends who have tickets we moved. Hannah has been SUPER to us! We ar now in the Diamond Club - little wind and great seats. My husband is in a wheelchair so we needed special seats and parking. Hannah took care of everything!! Other people there are also very personable. Ryan seems to know us because we always get a GREAT greeting from him!! When we had to miss a game she helped us to find seats in our same spot on another day. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!
Enjoyed watching the actual game however prices for concessions were a bit ridiculous
Beautiful ballpark and good baseball
The newness of being in a new ballpark. I enjoyed taking my kids to the minigolf and train ride. Also enjoyed being able to enter the park from the outfield.
The games are always enjoyable to watch.
Great game, the scoreboard needs work, as multiple times they were showing the wrong player. The speed of the pitch did not match the signs above the seats.

Beautiful stadium. Entering seemed a bit unorganized. The store is bigger than the old but still has no flow to it and the fact you have to exit and reenter field is dumb
Great ballpark and food options. Feels like a major league park on a smaller scale. It will be even better once the restaurants and theater open.
The entire experience was pure Americana baseball, including being able to see the Rivercats (our old hometown and former season ticket holder in Sac) and enjoying our new hometown team just a quick stroll from our front door. The only bad was the quality of the nachos in the commemorative bowl. Not great; nor the carbonation level of the soda water. Other than that, staff and facilities were immaculate and a fantastic time was had.
Our seats had a great perspective. The food choices were plentiful. The stadium felt spacious. Fireworks are always great.
