Customer Testimonials
We loved the holiday lights experience. It was such a fun family time with variety and engaging activities for all ages. It was relaxing and joyful!
How family friendly it was. The staff was so willing to help take pictures for us and even tell us where to go and what cool experiences were available.
We loved the Christmas experience. It was so kid friendly, there was so much space for everyone and so so many activities. All of the workers were incredibly kind. We will definitely be back again.
We loved the Christmas lights! It was a great use of the space and my kids loved it.
Very cool - so many activities!
We had so much fun at the Holiday Lights. 10/10 highly recommend!!
Fire way to spend the night. There was a lot more to do and see than I thought and my group ended up staying there for a lot longer than we expected. The employees were also fun to talk to and super chill. I think I will be the next big holiday tradition when more people start to hear about it
The Ballpark looks great and is laid out nicely. I like the fact that it’s pretty large without being imposing. We went to the Christmas Lights display and that was awesome! It’s a versatile venue and a wonderful addition to the community and surrounding areas. For us, it’s only a few minutes away - an extra bonus. It would be hard to find its equal among all the baseball minor league ballparks.
Everything! We were pleasantly surprised at all the fun things to do and see. I am glad I spent the extra money for the fun items to use throughout the stadium; especially the 3D glasses. The grandkids were wowed using them.
This is a very cute, family friendly event. We had a great time and will be back next year!
Lights event was well organised, clean, and fun. The staff with which we interacted were very nice. I do think that the event was a bit overpriced, especially for a first year.
Great atmosphere and no stress to enjoy the lights. Other places create an experience but there’s pressure to see everything and to speed through. This was terrific.
Lots of activities for the children.
The Holiday Lights were great!
We always have fun when we go. We enjoy the games and like the family friendly fun.
My daughter is in a wheelchair and has an incurable disease. Only occasionally does she feel well enough to venture out and while we have been to the Megaplex previously we had not visited the ballpark or wider facility. I took her to Wicked and while waiting for it to start, I booked the tickets to see the lights. I hoped that some of it would be accessible. I was genuinely surprised to find her and I were able to participate in so many things. Everywhere we went we had staff offering to help whether it was showing us where the elevators were to offering to take pictures of us and then showing us how to get to the field. Everyone was patient and kind. After we left the ballpark we then went to the vending machines to make a donation.
It is an unusual thing to have a facility so well designed and accommodating of a wheelchair and wonderful patient staff included. She was so happy at the end of the night - she said ‘Mama…. It was the best night!’ Maybe while its still cool I can bring her to a ballgame next year. You never know…
A huge ‘Thank you’.
The box suites were such a classy experience for our team members! More than anything though, it was Ryan Corbett and the customer service he provides that led to us purchasing even more season suite seats for next year. Seriously... give that guy a raise! We leased a suite at the Maverik Center for a few years, and NEVER did we experience the level of customer service that Ryan exhibited with every interaction this season!
We loved our season tickets at the new America First Square! The entire experience was awesome from start to finish. The upgraded seating, views, and overall atmosphere made every game feel special. The ballpark has a clean, modern look while still keeping that classic summer baseball vibe alive. Concessions were great, the staff was friendly, and everything felt really well organized.
America First Square is a fantastic upgrade for the Bees, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next season. Highly recommend grabbing season tickets if you’re on the fence — it made our summer!
I loved how close everything was. We parked, we bowled, we ate and we saw the lights . It was a really fun family experience.
Great venue! Fun activities for all ages!
The staff was amazing! Knowledgeable and friendly.
The kids had so much fun.
The giving machines, the availability of ice skating. We attended the light event at the ballpark. We thought it was very fun.
Good variety of food. Seats were great.
It’s a fun place for the kids and we love the stadium
Not sure if you are referring to the Holiday Lights activity, but it was very nice. Lots of different activities that were pretty well spread out and a nice touch to be able to walk around the bases down on the field for the "dancing trees" Anyway we had a nice time and we like the new stadium and the public square area outside the stadium and appreciate the close parking. Good job everyone!
Loved the giant guess who, cider and treats were fantastic and reasonably priced, tons to do with my kids and never felt like we had to wait for things.
Had no idea there would be so many kid friendly activities and it was so clean and beautiful.
Staff, cleanliness & friendliness.

There was a variety of fun events around the concourse.
The event employees were all very warm and kind.
My granddaughters are already excited to go back next year.
We did get hot chocolate that tasted like sour milk, and the man working concessions just shrugged it off. That was the only disappointing part.
