We went on the 24th of July. The updates that were finished like the Bees store was sweet. Then in the stadium the chair were large enough to feel like you are not sharing your seat. Really enjoyed the whole environment.
Great atmosphere and it was a lot of fun for the family. I think the all you can eat is the cherry on the top!
Clean, open space, plenty of room in the suites. The family had a great time.
1. Self serve food should not have tipping options.
2. We bought tickets for upper deck with food but didn't realize that our tickets came with all you can eat food. Maybe add larger fine print.
3. Pricing for food and tickets seem a bit high.
4. Food was really good though.

Love baseball
We have a 14 year old daughter and a 2 year old son, so it’s a bit tricky to find things that entertain/interest them both. That said, we all had an absolutely wonderful time to say the least. We attend Bee’s games every year, but this was our first time going to something besides a game. It was so nice for our daughter to be able to interact with Bumble in such a chill space before the movie. She finally got his signature on her favorite Bee’s hat and he even had time to write the sweetest message for her (she’s been trying at games with no luck). In addition to that, our son was able to dance and run around with other kids during the movie. Considering he’s two and can’t sit through a movie in a theatre, this was a godsend.
The only negative feedback I have is the cheese for the pretzels. It’s grainy and doesn’t seem like actual cheese. If you haven’t tried it, give it a go. You’ll see what I mean.
Otherwise, our family had an absolute blast and hope to be able to attend more of these events.
This was our first time at the new stadium. We absolutely loved it. Such easy access by Trax. A beautiful stadium, great concessions, very clean and friendly staff. We had our grandson's and they loved the train and mini golf. The drone show was amazing. Most of all the quality of baseball was fantastice even if the Bee's did lose.
My only complaint is you showing people on the jumbo tron chugging beer and everyone cheering them on. That is not only gross but the ballpark should be a family friendly place and that is only encouraging and glorifying underage drinking. There are so many deaths by DUI's and that only seems to be encouraging drinking and driving. I've seen first hand what alcholism can do to an individual and family and I have no idea why any baseball club would promote such actions. They really promote the chugging at the Utah hockey game. I went to one and I will never go back because of that. I hope we can continue to go to the bee's games as we have done for years without seeing gross things on the screen. Can you keep what's on the jumbo tron family friendly please? ( MLB games don't show that junk)
Close to home, so fun, local food, brings community together. 10/10
It is also fun to take family to a ball game.
Bumble! Meeting him with my kids out in the plaza before the game was amazing. They love him, and he's always so busy during the game, this made for a super special moment for them.

The environment is fun, it is very clean, the staff is really friendly.
I don’t like how there are no water fountains anywhere in the park. 1 water bottle won’t get me through a whole game or event out in the heat, and there is no way to refill. There should be stations for people to refill water or get a quick water fountain drink when needed without having to buy another water bottle.

Loved the outdoor movie. I hope they continue. However, the price was a little steep. $5 a ticket seems for reasonable.
I have been unhappy that your tickets are so expensive now, but since you informed me I can get on your discount list and have been notified of discounted tickets. I have & will attend more games. I love the bees baseball and always bring a group with me. I even share your discount link to friends if I can't go.
Very fan oriented is why I love going to the Salt Lake Bees game. I'm not a fan of how far the new arena is, however is is designed so beautifully.
I was a bit sad there wasn't a cool giveaway when I came to town to come to the Bees game but we still had fun.
The new ballpark has some great features, including a wonderful, big team store and a train ride that my son loved. I love the bleachers in the outfield, and there is a very a interactive mini golf course. I was in the shade the whole time which was a plus for mid July. Parking was easy. I really enjoyed it. The last minute ticket deal is amazing and we were not planning on going to a game until a few hours before hand.
