Customer Testimonials
It was a perfect day for baseball. The food was average and the popcorn was mostly kernels, but everything else was great. (We were in section 213. Several people sent us back and forth and up and down before we found out where we were supposed to be. Didn’t change my opinion how the day went, but I thought the people standing there were literally there to help people find their seats)
Going to the Bees game with my family was such a fun and memorable experience. The people around us stood out the most; everyone was so kind and even shared with us, which made the atmosphere feel welcoming and friendly. The food was great too, and the overall energy of the crowd made the night special.
We’ve been to several Bees games over the years and this was our second visit to the new stadium. We really love the way it’s laid out; it feels open, family-friendly, and easy to enjoy the game no matter where you sit. Spending the evening together as a family, cheering, laughing, and soaking up the atmosphere was definitely the highlight.
Unfortunately, there was one part of the night that was disappointing. During the 8th inning, I went with one of my children to the Bees Store to look for a stuffed bee. They were sold out which was already a letdown. But on our way back, a stadium worker wouldn’t let us re-enter, even though my spouse and other children were still inside. I tried to explain that I have MS and can’t walk long distances, but instead of allowing us back in, she made us walk all the way around to the north parking lot. This left me in a lot of pain and numbness, which put a damper on an otherwise wonderful evening.
Overall, the game itself and the time spent with family were fantastic, but the experience with the stadium staff left me feeling frustrated and hurt. I hope in the future the staff can be more understanding and accommodating, especially for those with medical conditions.
New stadium is nice but out in the boonies
The new venue was very family friendly and easy to get around. The activities to keep antsy kids occupied while the adults could enjoy the game were awesome! The atmosphere simply felt safer than before where I could send my kid to ride the train or play mini golf and I wasn’t glued to his side to keep him safe. Yes, the drive to get there was not fun but the trade off was worth it!
Great location great customer service and concession stands
Fun game, clean nice facility
How friendly the staff was. How clean the facilities were in club members section. How it wasn’t so “busy” and packed.
Great seats, great food, fun atmosphere
This was my first time being at the new stadium. It’s amazing. So well designed, and laid out. The parking was so much better than when it was downtown, not to mention not having to be hassled by copious amounts of homeless people. I absolutely loved it, and am excited to go to more games here in the future.
I love how family friendly it was!
Safe, family friendly and price friendly
Atmosphere, venue, fun
The stadium and members are great
easy parking, self-serve food, friendly staff.
It’s a very nice stadium, great location, and good food/drinks. Overall a great venue to watch baseball
We got the Sunday discount tickets and so the value was solid.
The new park is fabulous. Wish the tickets were less expensive.
The seats we had were right up close behind the batters box! Which included a brunch. We went for my son’s 11th birthday he is a huge baseball fan and loved being that close. He tried his hardest to get a game ball during and at the end for his birthday but just missed getting one. He was bummed but now wants to go again and sit next to first baseline next year! Thanks for the awesome memories
Nice new ballpark. Great experience as always
Stadium was very nice. Parking was very conveniently located. Staff was very nice.
The $5 tickets will get us there every time!! The stadium is amazing!
The staff people working there
Great ballpark, great food, great viewing experience.
The ball park is such a fun environment and living out there would be enjoyable.
The wrist bands for the Sunday brunch was a great idea. It made it easier to move around the ball park without showing your ticket everywhere
The experienc
Family friendly. We did the kids club experience and my son got to go out in the field with the players, got his ball signed and generally had the day of his dreams.
….
