Great park, great seats
We were here from Oklahoma City, and accidentally caught a Bees game against out home team. We got last minute tickets, accidentally buying diamonds club seats. We had a great time, the food and snacks were super (even though we bought $$ concessions before anyone told us we had diamond club) and the stadium was gorgeous, but the view outshined the rest!
Terrace seats were good, but no bathrooms or food.
Great atmosphere. Not the same as Smith Field though.
I was Very disappointed that you did not hv a good gift shop. I hope you plan on having one.
State of the art facility. The club experience is great as long as I can convince my company to use more of their tickets.

I enjoyed everything about my first experience at The Ballpark. The stadium is beautiful and the game was exciting. I am a Dodgers fan and went to see the Bees play vs the KC Comets, the Bees won. I had a wonderful experience. I bought some food in the marketplace and loved the convenience of checking in with my credit card and walking out without having to wait in line to pay. I also enjoyed a nice cold beer. I met other fans and had some great conversations. The Bees have a great new home and I will definitely be returning to watch them play again.

The setting, the view, plenty of of helpful staff and everything was so easy. FYI the Mini golf is a big hit.

Guaranteed Nachos Every Game: Always have nacho bags with warm cheese available — fans expect it as a ballpark basic, especially at the premium level.
Popcorn Warmers and Self-Serve Butter: Upgrade popcorn service with warmers and a self-butter station, similar to Megaplex theaters — small touch, big upgrade to the experience.
Team Store Discount: Offer 15% off at the Team Store for Diamond Club guests — simple loyalty perk that encourages spending and makes the experience feel valued.
Clarify Seating Expectations + Improve Comfort: Be clear that Diamond Club seats are not cushioned like the Terrace Club — and offer simple seat cushions handed out at entry (or pre-placed on seats for Diamond Club guests). (Branded Bees seat cushions would even double as a low-cost loyalty gift.)

The new ball park is awesome! It is beautiful & well positioned. I love the walk-in concession options.
Two small items that are a bit of a disappointment.
The berm/ grass area is much smaller. Which could have been a bigger area.

Great experience! One thing I did note was very few bought actual seats. I would bet this has to do with the price given that is the reason I decided on the lawn seats.
We were excited to afford tickets and take our family to a great game. Our kids had a great time loved meeting Bumble. It was much needed family time.
The new stadium is beautiful and all the employees are so helpful.
