Friendly, professional staff! My kid wanted a Freddy Fazbear cup and they were (seemingly) out of stock! The staff member took one extra minute to look and found one for us. My kid was so happy.

Booking online was easy to understand. Customer service was awesome! I love the fact that the lines wasn't long! Popcorn and drinks where fresh! OMG! The theater and bathrooms was spotless! Thanks to the night staff my children and I enjoyed our time!!

Theater was very nice. Only downside to it is that, at least in the theater I was in, the armrests didnt go up.

The check in was smooth. Purchased tickets through Santikos app. Enjoyed the movie as well as the service. One complaint on the app is: no ability have a dark theme. Work on that.

The employees. They are amazing!! Very friendly. They smile, they make eye contact. Not to mention they had to show me how to use that stupid machine that isn’t needed just to get our tickets.

It was pretty easy and fast to get tickets with the kiosk. The snack line was fast and the popcorn is always so good here!
