I go to the grand conroe every Monday. They are always nice and the theater is clean. I bring my family for military appreciation Mondays. It has become a tradition. We love it.

As the former Grand, it was always too expensive to buy snacks for our kids. I still think the kids meal is pretty high, but I was happy that the two large drinks and a large popcorn was $25. While that is still outrageous in my opinion, I did like that it was all refillable. I know it's a business and I love that you guys do the cheap movie days, I just wish y'all had cheaper snacks on that day as well. As someone who is low income right now it's super hard for me to take our kids to the movies more than every few months. If it was more affordable I'm sure you guys would make more money because more people would come.
We love the theatre seating (although the seat cusions are getting worn out). We love your employees that are so sweet and remember us since we come almost every monday for the first responder discount (hubby is a volunteer fireman for Plantersville) and i LOVE your petzles!! We also love the fact that you offer so many christian movies which are our favorites.

The only complaint we have is the popcorn. At times it's like what we are given is the bottom of the barrel. With more hard or unpopped kernejs than good.
Very easy to purchase tickets online.. Just wish you had a way of earning points at the concession stand. Such as show a bar code or give my phone number. When you spend over $50 dollars, you want a reward!!
We have the opportunity to regularly attend the cinema and we have always invariably had a very satisfactory experience, both in quality and image, in exceptional sound, in cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, and in the cafeteria, the only bad thing about you are the nachos, they are terrible, it is the only thing I would suggest you change, the service of your staff is excellent too, thank you.
