The Grand is a great theater! My wife and I love that we live close by and take in movies regularly. They do need to update the seats, but other than that this is a great place to catch a flick!

Theater 1 was absolutely freezing on Tuesday at 4:00. We told someone taking the tickets about 15 min into the movie but nothing changed. It was miserable. But the theater seating was so comfortable.

Chris responded to my previous experience rather quickly. They are going to fix the issue with the chair and should this happen again, I was told to let an employee know and typically they can fix it quickly. My family enjoyed the movies and this theater is close to home and we normally have a great visit.

Clean theater and fast food service. Nothing to complain about.
My first survey was based on that I rated the theater as an 8, but that was based on the prices at the concession area. The second survey I upped the rating to a t0. The theater is nice and comfortable and the viewing was neat and clean. I used to go to the other Conroe Theater, but since it closed, I wanted to give the Grand an opportunity instead of going to the Xscape Theater in Magnolia.
