The seats are comfortable!
I like the self serve drink and popcorn machine; however, with the fresh popcorn being placed on the top, my popcorn will never be fresh and hot for the movie. I would rather wait in line for fresh and hot popcorn. I do understand the convenience but nothing beats fresh popcorn and a crispy drink while watching a movie.
Employees were very polite. Service good at concession stand. Clean.

The theater is very nice and the reclining chairs are very comfortable. Their sound system and movies are very clear always with no hiccups while you're watching them.

The popcorn was fresh and delicious, the seats were comfortable and the staff is always friendly. This was our second visit recently and i enjoyed it! It was a tad cold in the theater but that’s what blankets are for. 10/10 recommend

Santikos makes that experience even better by providing an environment that feels clean, comfortable, and safe. There’s something to be said about being able to relax, enjoy a night out with loved ones, and simply have a good time without worrying about anything else.

Love the new changes at the snack bar, everyone at the Grand is very nice. Sometimes it is hard to hear what they are saying on the movie. It sounds a little bassy and muddy. We went to another theatre that had speakers in the ceiling, and we were able to hear and understand every word.
BUT... we do enjoy the Grand
