Clean comfortable
Santikos has become the spot my nephews and I enjoy our weekly movie visits, because it's a very clean establishment with eager and friendly staff. Not as pricey as surrounding Theaters yet still expensive. The reclining seats are an added touch, although we aren't picky when it comes to age or the creaking noises of the seats make especially nice since we mostly watch horror movies!!
Online ticket purchasing is easy. Good choices for concessions, although they are a little pricey.

We arrived very early and were welcomed warmly. The theater was clean, and the seats were comfortable. The staff that viewed our online tickets and the couple of staff we spoke to about concessions were all very nice, smiled warmly, and seemed to be happy to be there. It was early, but I would have liked for the bar to be open or for someone to have been willing to serve us.
I enjoyed my theatre experience. The service at the concession counter was friendly and worked quickly. I purchased tickets online and that process was easy enough to navigate.
