Everything, the bartender was awesome and friendly. My two sons loved the experience of watching the new mario movie. Them being young, it was the 2nd time I take them to the movies. Which we will be making a monthly tradition. Which they asked me for. They had nachos, soda, popcorn and m&m's. Myself I had a hot dog which I always get. I've been going to the same location the past 15 years. Now I get to take my two sons. We love this location.
Love it here! It’s convenient and close to home. Easy to buy tickets online. Quick and easy to get in and get seats. No issues.
It was okay. Sad the bar wasn’t open. The movie screen went black and didn’t start until 20 minutes after the actual movie was supposed to start.

We go to the theater ones a week we love the new shows the popcorn and the personal is always so helpful.
We love going to the Grand Theatre as it's 5 minutes from us. As always though, concessions are astronomically high, but the Tuesday bargain is great for us Retirees.

I had purchased two tickets online for a 3:30 pm showing.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, my date and I were unable to make that showing....but we really wanted to see the movie.
We arrived at the theater at 6:15 pm, showed the greeter our original reservations and asked if there was any way we could use those tickets. He sent us to the manager who said it would not be an issue at all. I paid a small additional fee and we were in.
To me, that's customer service.
To me, that's how you earn repeat business.
We WILL be back to this theater!!!

We actually had a poor experience watching Project Hail Mary and provided that feedback via a survey. We were contacted immediately by a member of Santiko’s management regarding the issue and will see if any corrective actions are implemented.
The whole experience, I love the cleanliness in the theater and the bathrooms and all the friendly associates. I go there every week sometimes twice a week I hope this theater stays around for quite a while.
