The theater is always clean, and I love the reclining seats. I also appreciate what you do for 1st responders and military on Mondays. The temperature of the theater is always nice and cool. I highly recommend going to the movies at Santikos!

Wonderful seats and comfortable sound, disappointed in bathrooms not having toilet paper in the two i tried and no towels to dry hands.Maybe too busy to check necessary supplies?

I enjoy the reclining seats. They are pretty comfortable.
I miss the movie specials on Tuesdays. Movies are expensive and now there is no discount unless military or first respo der. I dislike that if you buy your tickets online, you still have to wait at the Box office for a paper ticket. Why do they make you pay more as it's not a convenience. Lafayette is limited now to only Santikos for movie theaters. I wish we had some competition so maybe Santikos would improve. The nachos suck, prices high. I love the movies so still go but so few seem to attend and I see why.

Thank you for continuing your Rewards program. I’m a senior who loves the movies. I like the new popcorn buckets. Much better than the old bags. Hey as a note…how about a day for senior citizens. A discount would be appreciated. All said and done, keep up the good work. M
