Love the big seats! They recline and the cupholders are nice. The drinks have free refills.

Always clean and all employees are very friendly- we are a frequent user of the Grand Ambassador and sometimes the Grand Lafayette. Like the Ambassador better because the chairs recline; the ones at the Lafayette are older and don't.

The Grand Ambassador is definitely the better of the two theaters in town. I like the smaller size of each screening room, and the reclining seats are wonderful. During our last visit, everyone working there was so nice and helpful. The person working the refreshment stand looked up my points and told me everything I could get for free with my points. Even the person waiting outside the theater to sweep up was very welcoming and wishing everyone a good night/safe travels.

I love the way an Associate came in twice to check the crowd. Seats were very comfortable and concessions were fresh❤️🎉 Great Experience 👍🏻

Sound was great. The seats were comfortable, but in the past, I’ve noticed that some of the seats are starting to show signs of where the color is starting to come off of the material that the cushions are made out of other than that everything is great.

Friendly agents that helped me out when I purchased tickets for the wrong date. Easy to reach on phone as well.
