I go very often to both Grand 14 and Grand 16. I am very satisfied each and every time I go to both places; I would gladly recommend Grand 14 and Grand 16 to anyone looking to see a movie and have a great experience while doing so.

Love the lay back chairs

Great service...was able to walk straight in and show my ticket no problem. Food service was quick and movie was even better!

What i didnt like was i picked the seats row D seats 1&2 and seat 2 did not work so I couldn't recline like everyone. So, yes I was disappointed thru out the whole movie.

The seats are amazing, bathrooms are always very clean and the sound system is amazing! Great time!!

it would be nice if the concession options had smaller portions, smaller popcorn and soft drink sizes for children with better price for those sizes. The "kid paks" offered by the previous owner/management was nice.

The seating is amazing. The design of the flooring is amazing as well. It was clean and well run.

Everyone did a great job and the app is finally working better.
