Everything— the staff were very friendly and helpful, the auditorium was nice and clean, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I’m not from Macon, but I travel to come to Amstar 16 because of the wonderful experiences I’ve had.

I love the movies with the big screen. I also like being able to buy the drink and popcorn. The bucket for the popcorn is a good feature. Love the relaxed, comfortable seats to enjoy any position to enjoy the movie. Thank you for providing the Christian and moral movies. Wish we had more to see. Really enjoy the in-house movie experience.

The customer service is always great here this is why I still prefer to go to the movies. Since Santikos took over it's been better for movie goers!

I especially appreciated how helpful the staff was to me. I am somewhat limited with my movements.. Their offer to assist me (without being asked), meant more than words can say.
I'm in a very different season in my life, and it's really difficult for me as a formally, fiercely, independent woman.

I purchased ticket beforehand for the movie, however, when I got there, they were closed due to a water main break. The refund for the purchased was handled om professional and timely matter. Thaks Santikos.

This movie theater has been great, but I had to go elsewhere on this day!

I always enjoy visiting this theater, it's the one I frequent, mostly.
I live in Barnesvile, about 30 miles NW. Not too far.
The ticket seller is always very nice & happy to see me! She is a sweetheart!!
I enjoy watching films in the IMAX theater!!
The theaters are kept pretty clean
