Great customer service and clean theater
Well I like how, besides the day they are release, the tickets are affordable. A movie that's been in theaters a week will be 12 dollars and that's honestly a steal. The workers are always helpful and ive never had a bad bucket of popcorn from there either.
Love the theater, movie selections and how clean it is. Only thing I have to complain about is the lack of toilet paper in the stalls or them not being inside the dispenser.

I like that the app works so well. I am sad that the front ticket booth is a ghost town now. At least paint the glass or something it looks abandoned.
Love the reclining seats! The theater was clean. Staff was pleasant. It was freezing in the theater, but don't change that. I can handle the cold better than I could handle heat. I expected it to be cold, so I brought a blanket. Will be back for sure!

I enjoyed being able to sit back and relax with my feet up. I enjoyed not having to worry about seats next to the person or people I'm with. Last but not least I enjoyed the snacks.
The employees are nice and respectful. The employees are also helpful when needed.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the theaters and concession areas were clean. We enjoyed the pop corn and beverage. My disappointment was that some of the theater seats showed a lot of wear. We moved a few seats away to sit on unworn or damaged seats.

We always have a pleasant experience at SANTIKOS! The facility is always clean, the employees are very friendly and welcoming, and several of them great us by name and know what our concession order is before we even tell them!
The lady at the front was very nice and helped me buy my military tickets. The concession stand worker was very nice also.
The seats could use some updating though.
All in all it is a very nice theater.
