We truly love our movie theater! It's always clean and well maintained. In fact, we know some of the staff members and they are fantastic always. It's a must go to every time that we want to enjoy a movie.

I love the new do it yourself drink machines, much more faster and so many flavors to choose from.

Seats are comfortable and I like the new setup for popcorn and drinks.

We love the new popcorn machine. But we do both wish that the volume was like one or two notches lower than what it is. It’s definitely planning loud enough to hear but for the kids movies that I’ve been to there. It seems just a little too loud and uncomfortable.

I absolutely adore the fact that you can now get your own popcorn and drinks. The theaters are incredibly clean, and the bathrooms are spotless. Everything is immaculate.

We have been going to Amstar/Santikos in Mooresville NC for years now. The employees are so helpful and friendly! Cathy, Eric and the whole gang are awesome! The concession stand is always clean and inviting!

It was simple to use

I love this theater. The theater-going experience is on life support and AmStar 14 does its level best to bring it back. The tickets are fairly priced, the theaters are clean, and the staff is one of the more helpful and pleasant group that I've experienced at any movie plex in a while. The military Mondays are a steal and I love the summer film series.

Most important is the willingness to upgrade for the betterment of the moviegoers. It might seem small, but I love that the theater added a "fill your own popcorn" station so I can properly over-butter my snack without holding up the whole line asking for a layering of butter. That might.sound sarcastic, but.its the little things that set this place apart.

The last visit was good as usual but what I want to comment on is the guy that has been with the Mooresville AmStar for several years.He knows me and jokes with me about me liking fresh, hot popcorn like when were there to see a different movie a couple of weeks ago. Though the theater has gone to self serve, he offered to make me some fresh popcorn, just like always! Now, that is customer service! AmStar is by far my favorite theater. Now, bring back The Greatest Showman this Christmas and I will bring all my friends!

The ease of buying the tickets online, the cost of the ticket and concessions on the Tuesday special, and I love the new refillable popcorn and drink stations. I love the reclining seats and the movie sound was just right.
