What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We saw Thunderbolts last weekend. The manager at night (Jay I think) was SO friendly!!! I always enjoy seeing that he's working because I know it's going to be a good experience with the staff.

AmStar 14 in Mooresville is great.
The theaters are clean and the staff is polite & friendly.

Their prices are comparable to everyone else, but I’d like to see them offer special pricing for showings or certain dates or times. Especially for regular customers.

Seats were very comfortable, clean, nice. Only complaint would be that it got SO cold in the theater. We could feel freezing cold air blowing directly on us. That part wasn't enjoyable.
