The reclining seats are comfortable. Theaters and lobby are clean and well marked. The staff are simply the best. Patrick and Jett have a great team.

Being able to make my own popcorn and drinks and I absolutely love getting to use the movie kiosk to do my own tickets

Other than the seats needing to be wider the experience was quick through the lobby and I enjoyed that. The atmosphere was quaint and cool and I had fun with my son.

I had a great experience here! The new self-serve popcorn station was great. The theater was very spacious and the seating was comfortable and relaxing. 10/10 experience!

Clean, comfortable etc. I do have a suggestion however. every time I go to use any rewards i’ve accumulated at the concessions it’s like the employees have no idea what I’m talking about.

Easy to order tickets ahead of time, like being able to choose reserved seats, comfortable recliner seats, tasty concession food, friendly staff, clean.

Everything! The reclining chairs were awesome and the sound was amazing. We did have a group of teenagers behind us that was distracting, but other than that, our experience was amazing.

I like the recliners (if the Regal in Greenville doesn’t have the seat that I want), I will drive almost an hour to this location bc of the recliners. Though I would prefer they have the swivel tables like other theaters, so my popcorn doesn’t have to be in my lap. I like that I can get the icees or drinks the way I want them, and put as little or as much butter as I want.

Easy to buy tickets from the concession stand. Theatre is clean, though some of the seats need to be refurbished. They are starting to look pretty worn. Prices are excellent. Staff is always friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Overall, a great experience.

Popcorn was delicious… I love the Tuesday discounts!

Didn't care for person at door.
I had a couple of questions because I haven't been a regular moviegoers. I felt like I was bothering the guy.
He definitely lacks customer service skills.
Other than that evidently our 2 seats were occupied previously because of the mess left in the area.
You need to employ people who care.
The kid at the concession stand was good.
