The facilities are clean and the theater seating is very comfortable. The only thing I would change would be to warm it up a bit. But that’s just me.

Everything! The seating is amazing, the whole theater , lobby, and restrooms were clean. The staff is friendly. It's our favorite cinema.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The App makes purchasing tickets easy. However, reserving seats is more difficult on the app bc it doesn't let you reserve seats in the middle of a row, etc. I ended up choosing two seats up top and all the end of a row. When we got there, one seat looked as if it had something spilled all over it. We were going to sit elsewhere bc the theatre wasn't full, but the reserved seating made that hard. I ended up getting a theatre worker to wipe the seat. She was helpful. Turns out the seat was peeling and was not dirty. Those seats need to be replaced that are peeling.

I liked that every time I make a concession purchase the cashiers always ask for a tip. I love it so much that I feel obligated not to purchase another concession in the near future!

I live 10 minutes from a movie theater in Simpsonville but I drive an hour to see movies at Santikos in Anderson. The theater is always clean, the seating is comfortable, and the sound quality is better.

Luxury recliners. Not happy though with the change in the rewards program since Santikos took over. We were able to earn a free movie ticket much quicker with the former rewards program. Please change the rewards program to make it easier to earn movie tickets!

The Anderson location is awesome! The staff is very helpful, the lobby is well maintained, and the popcorn is always excellent. The drink machines have tons of options as well, which is a big plus over other theaters. Some of the seats are showing their wear, but the recliners are excellent for comfort.
