Service request was handled very quickly. We had questions about why our propane levels had dropped significantly over the winter months when we had not been to the residence for 5 months. The service technician came the same day to check for leaks in our system. Unfortunately the service technician did not announce his presence at our home such that hot water was being used during his testing which gave him unusual and unreliable results. Once we started working together, testing was completed.
So - good on response. Not so good on execution of the request.
Also good on delivery time.
