During a 3-day power outage we were getting low on propane for our furnace and generator. I called your company up and the next day a truck arrived to top us up. - Excellent Service.
The day after the delivery, I noticed a propane smell at the in-ground tank. I called again to report the issue, and within two hours a technician was at our house to inspect for leaks. The issue was that propane was spilled during the fill disconnect process and accumulated at the bottom of the tank fill well. it was slowly dissipating, and nothing to worry about; no tank leaks at all.
Again, great customer service two days in a row. We're very satisfied customers. Great company!
