Too many businesses have call centers with long wait times and too many options and reps who are not knowledgeable or communicate well or give a run around. And my delivery was fast and texts helped! People in office are friendly and efficient. The man who came to deliver the propane was very nice and respectable of my dog being here and keeping the gate closed. He was also careful walking and pulled the hose through my yard.

You need more staff answering the phones. I waited over an hour to be helped. That is unacceptable!!!
Kemo your driver was great calling dispatch to have my tank topped off possibly saving you 100’s. As my house wasn’t on the drop list and I live on the same block being serviced.
I had to cancel the 1st scheduled delivery bc we had snow and 4inches of ice in the yard and around to our tank. I held for 43minutes. The 2nd time I called at 8.30am and was in my 28th minute of a hold when the delivery arrived. Our yard to the tank was still snow and ice covered. He insisted that since he was here, he would clear enough of a path to get to our tank. That he did! I feel like he went above and beyond to complete our delivery.

I needed a propane delivery when propane deliveries were limited due to supply chain interruptions. I called to schedule a delivery and was impressed that they came the next day! The driver was courteous and friendly as always and the delivery was completed in about 15 minutes. This is the same way it's always been with Quarles/Superior Plus Propane.
