The Y has lots of options for working out. Classes, weights, indoor track & pool. The staff is accommodating and friendly. It’s really got something for everyone.
Being able to use the Lafayette and Boulder Y's means I can usually find a class I want to do Monday-Friday and in general, I like the variety of the classes and the teachers.

I go to the Y's. Different Y facilities on different days of the week with different friends/acquantences at different facilities. The Lafayette Y is larger and newer than the Boulder Y that I have gone to over the years and offers a different experience. Still, as an older retired person I like to do light workouts and have social interactions. And most of the folks there are quite friendly.
The gym is well-equipped and rarely crowded
My favorite thing is the ice rink.

Great job by Mark and Coaches. I have been using Lafayette YMCA Pool classes from last three years. I used to have lot of challenges with communications and classes schedules. Once Mark took over, I see great improvement. Especially with communication. Kudos to Mark and Coaches.
The instructors are wonderful. Enjoy every class I attend. Also, the staff at the desk are always kind and helpful. The place is kept nice and clean, and the fact I can walk from home is an extra bonus
