Shipping was perfect. Very efficient packaging. Everything was in good order. Installation went smoothly, but only after watching a YouTube video. The instructions included with the part was poor quality, both visually and from an instruction viewpoint. Printed was dark, thus not lending itself to a good visual representation of the particular part required for each step.
