I purchased a motorized set of running board steps for my Jeep JL and installed them using the provided instructions and on line video which was a seamless install. However, one of the running board mounting block threads stripped out. I called RC customer service and they responded by expediting two new set of running boards at no charge. It’s rare in today’s world to actually talk to a person when you call and they responded immediately to solve the issue. I will continue purchasing from them in the future, and recommend to others.
